Partial Dentures

A partial denture is also used to replace missing teeth, but it only replaces a few, rather than the whole arch. It is similar to a crown or bridge except it is not fixed to any teeth so it is removable. The partial denture is also made of either porcelain or acrylic, and is fitted to the teeth and gums. Some partial dentures have metal or alloy frames that connect to the teeth and others have connectors that more closely resemble your gums and teeth.
