Veneers

Veneers are porcelain or composite resin shells for your teeth that protect them and make your smile more aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The veneers are specially made from molds constructed from your teeth and then they are bonded permanently to your existing teeth using a dental cement. Unlike your existing teeth, porcelain veneers resist stains longer and look more natural than composite resin veneers.

Veneers can be used for discolored teeth, worn down, chipped, uneven, gapped, and many other reasons. You can usually get a veneer in just a few trips to your dentist. The first visit is to do x-rays and impressions, the second is to prepare the teeth for the veneer, and the last trip will be to bond the veneers to your teeth.
